Overview of Position
The Digital Personalization Manager is responsible for delivering and scaling personalized experiences to drive business growth across our marketing oriented digital properties and channels. The successful candidate will be a data driven expert, implementing industry leading best practices for personalization, experimentation, conversion rate optimization, and measurement across key touchpoints along the digital buyer journey. The role requires a deep understanding of segmentation strategy and UX related to GTM plans, leveraging data sources, technology, and analytics to create and implement personalization use cases, set up hypotheses and tests, and report to leadership on measurable impact to business growth. The candidate will be adept at cross functional collaboration, communication, program management, and scaling personalization strategies to deliver results.
What will be my duties and responsibilities in this job?
Develop, implement, measure, optimize and scale digital personalization and testing strategies across marketing-oriented digital properties.
Drive a rapid test-and-learn cadence for rolling out data-driven personalization strategies to quickly prove or disprove hypotheses.
Design experiences, implement them, and rigorously analyze the KPIs as they relate to MQL, opportunity and revenue goals aligned with GTM plans. - 70%
Provide strategic insights as digital personalization lead in planning meetings with marketing and cross functionally within the organization on the larger customer journey. - 20%
Create and maintain confluence pages to document work done and results - 5%
Set up reporting cadence to communicate results to organization and leadership - 5%
