Position Overview Job Responsibilities
Supports marketing optimizations with data-driven insights, including decisions around channel shifts, attribution, ROI optimizations, and prospect segmentation
Manages complex marketing analysis and socializes key insights and actions
Works with channel managers and stakeholders to support strategic decisions
Identifies and recommends enhancements to data sources and KPI definitions
Leads cross-functional teams on special projects (e.g., Customer Lifetime Value analysis)
Defines leading and lagging indicators of performance in conjunction with key stakeholders
Identifies and mitigates impact of Telesales capacity constraints on growth
Performs cross-channel forecasting to support budgeting, planning and staffing decisions
Makes recommendations for optimizing investments by geography
Performs internal stakeholder management and manages external vendor relationships as necessary
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field
5+ years of marketing analytics experience in a dynamic, data-driven environment
Excellent data visualization and presentation skills
Proficient in SQL, Google Analytics, Tableau, and Excel; experience in Looker preferred
Experience in Python and R preferred
Experience with subscription business model preferred
Excellent social, oral and written communication skills
Solutions-oriented with a high sense of urgency
Ability to work with cross-functional teams and build close relationships within and across teams
Ability to work with agility, prioritize effectively, and delegate as necessary
Passion to deliver the best possible experience to our customers
Obsession with zero-defect output: build checks and processes to mitigate opportunity for error
Understanding of marketing test design
Ability to motivate and hold others accountable

While we ideally want someone to be located at headquarters in the Memphis area or Seattle, we are open to considering remote or virtual candidates based on location and experience for the role.
